GRASP Registration Form

         This form must be completed and on file with the GRASP Program Coordinator for all students
         attending the program.  It included parent/guardian contact information, school information,
         tutoring permission, activities permissions, and a medical release.  This form is available from
         the Greenville Schools District Office and from the GRASP program, as well as by clicking on the

Bus Transportation Permission Forms (Greenville School District)

          This form must be completed and on file with the District Office for students to be permitted
          to ride the bus to GRASP.  It is available at the High School and East Elementary School
